Welcome to Eternal Promise. We are an intermediate-advanced husky RPG- featuring a unique plot. Instead of your typical dog sled races, this RPG focuses on the lives of the dogs living in Onorial Village in northern Alaska. The dogs were abandoned when their owners fled the village due to a terrible blizzard. No one came back for the dogs, so they started their own community. They elected an alpha and beta depending on skill, healers tried new cures, and the rest became hunters, guards, and parents. This was twenty years ago.
Soon, new packs began to emerge, and the community grew. The packs were peaceful, like a family of different tribes. There were different leaders, but almost everyone got along just fine. Sadly, though, not all good things can last.
Some dogs detested that they weren't chosen as leaders, or simply decided that they were better. Some just didn't enjoy pack life. These dogs groups of loners and rebels. They have no cares for pack life or of the promise created long ago, the promise to be a family. You must also beware of the wolves, for they are larger, stronger, and more adept to this way of life, and they have their own ways. You must be careful. Choose your friends carefully, and stray from your enemies. Also remember that there is nothing more enduring than a promise.
Weather
The weather is getting very cold. It is beginning to snow even more, hard to do in Alaska. Pups are being kept inside, wolves tend to stay at home. Plants and food are scarce. The last colored leaves of fall are being buried in snow. Enjoy the last few days of autumn cool, because it's getting pretty bitter.
Food
Food is moderately plentiful. The hunters are working hard, yet the prey is steadily decreasing as the cold sets in.
Illnesses
Pups born these days are more likely to catch colds, as well as those weak or elderly.

This is a very kind-hearted, warm, tight-knit and accepting pack. The happiest canines in Alaska reside here. from wolves to foxes, all are accepted. Led by the naive, yet dedicated Whisper, none could doubt their pure hearts. The packland is surrounded on three sides by a giant glacier. When the sunlight hits it, it is a sight to behold, changing colors with those of the sky. There are glacier caves to reside in, and the packlands are safe. It snows heavily here. Blood Canyon used to be a happy place, now that it us under the rule of Ardent only those of strong will can survive. The pack lives in a small canyon that is shaped like a horseshoe. You can not climb from outside as their are sheer drops and lots of places to be killed. There is a forest surrounding the canyon where deer and various other animals can be found and killed. Led by the strong and cold Ardent. Moderator: Sunchaser
The terrain is stunning and possesses several alluring features to those with even the most refined tastes - groves of fresh smelling pines, a charming pond that shimmers in the moonlight, and several large sunning rocks. UNCLAIMED
From the heart of this terrain comes an area so mysterious, many attempt to stay clear of. As if a large shovel struck and scooped here, there is a large dish out of the center. Stone walls surround it, and many crevices line the insides. Along the wall are many trees, keeping this area from any notice. The only way to get out is climbing up from the steep, jutting walls.
The pack within here have cold hearts, that trail many sharp and strange corners just as their home. They are led by the male Amoux. They are very mischievious, always playing deadly pranks, and commiting aweful sins at times. Within their barriers is a close, warm family circle that every wolf and dog alike desires. When looking at this lake, it seems as though the relection of the moon on any night is clearer than that of the actual moon. When clouds or fog cover the moon, it seems to not be reflected in this strange lake. Moderators: Lily {Whisper}, Chasm and Co.
Located near the lake, these falls cascade over the remains of a small glacier. The water is freezing, and mothers keep their pups far from this palc,e usually. It is lovely, though.
These caves were formed long ago, during warmer times. Ice melted, but then refroze in these caves, making the walls smooth, and have a mirror-like surface. Moderator: Lily {Whisper}
Very near to the Mirror Caves is a small segement of a long melted glacier. It has melted and re-frozen in much the same way as the mirror caves. When the northern lights are near, this is the best place to come and see. They reflect off the place, as well as dance inside the mirror Caves, of which there is a clear view from Stardust Rock. This huge, dark, cold, but lovely forest is located near the fields of snow. It has large evergreen trees, that tower above you. They are very beautiful, and it seems as though the snow on the tops will never melt. It is a good place to take shelter if caught in an unexpected snowstorm. Moderator: Lily {Whisper}
A clearing toward the very outer end of the Dark forest, it is located very near to Firefly Filed. It is also very lovely at night, with many fireflys, though not so many as the field. It is the warmest area in the region, and a unique type of mint, as well as wild Lavander grow here almost year-round. Moderator: Lily {Whisper}
This field is covered in a lush, green grass. Past the dark forest, you can leave some of the snow and cold behind. The region isn't completely void of vegetation. this field is named Firefly Field for a reason. At night, the grass seems to glow, because of all the lovely fireflys flitting about. A Perfect place for couples. Moderator: Lily {Whisper}
