 Departure O'er Yonder
« Thread Started on Nov 22, 2007, 11:26pm »

Not the even the smallest pup could underestimate the radiating passion surging from Thantos. Never before had he felt so loved, so wanted. The delicate bodice beside him clearly shown the same passion. And yet, he felt so much pain. Guilt coursed through his soul, blackening it to the core, feeling so deeply, and yet, stealing it all away. It would surely murder them both.

Strange, inexplainable feelings made his character. He was living in the glory, the highlight of his time. A prime in which he surely needed to stay clung too, yet, was stuck in something even deeper, darker stained with ebony and scarlet thorns.

A great depression was an understatement. He was stuck in something greater; deadlier. Horrid to the fact that it was fatal. No longer did his soul attempt to thrive, or even care about life or death. Whether tommorrow was his last, or the start of something more.

The difference in today was this fem.

He walked along the moonlit fields, as glowing orbs floated off of leaves, and into the midnight sky. The tiny reflectors rebounded from his optics, turning them into distant moons. All of his focus was right here, and yet he remained so far away. Trapped between two opposites; the path of light; and the path of dark.

He laid down, letting the blades of vegitation engulf him. Rolling playfully to the side, he tugged on Whisper's leg, beckoning her down with him. Frolicing with a lover would be a great last memory to treasure.

The innocent vixen trailed close behind him, smiling brilliantly and giggling light-heartedly. Her smile seemed to spread with each step. She took a leap to stand beside him. Him. She glanced at him, and ran a few steps ahead. Looking over her shoulder she smiled again, joy radiating form her. It was all so very confusing. It was true joy, pure joy, yet it was all a lie. How could it be a complete lie and yet the most sincere thing she'd ever felt? It was because she was torn. She was overjoyed at the happiness that she now had with him, but brokem at knowing that soon it would be over. These tohughts were buried deep in her heart, though. For now she smiled, cherishing every second with him.

She laughed as he tugged on her, and she gasped playfully, tumbling down to lay near him, herr nose touching his. She smiled and licked his muzzle affectionately. flashes of light scattered this way and that, dancing about them. It was like they were dancing for them, to make their last hours beautiful. "I love you, Thantos" she said confidentally and with love. then a tohught came to her. She would never forget him, but...how did he feel? She convinced herself to ask, for she so wanted to know, and this would be her only chance. "Will you...remember me?" she asked softly, blusing slightly.

A devestated sigh wracked his body. Looking over her full body. . Four legs, healthy figure, perfection on every corner. . He felt a deep envy. Not to take what she had; to present the same back to her. A proper mate, one she wouldn't have to worry for, one who she could be proud of.

There would be no future. No offspring to truely show themselves binded peacefully. Just two stranded hearts after this was over. Each dying slowly without the other one to hold. . And yet, the could not be together. The cruel world had done it's part. Taking one so young, flourishing, and taken another; another who was already supposed to be dead. A male whose soul was blackened. .

Her velvity, gentle spoken words had always brought a smile to his lips. The one time he could close his eyes, and feel the peace restoring his body. Never was it really enough, for pain always found it's way back, reminding him of his labeled soul.

With her last statement, he frowned. Could she really feel that way. . ? What did she feel about this same question, only tables turned. . ?

"Whisper, I love you. . . I love you. . . I love you."

With each 'love', he tenderly licked down her forehead. Each time, his voice got lower, and lower. Huskier it went to, as his eyes turned gentle, and he held her reflection. Mental images were not what he needed. He needed her, but no way would he drag her into his aweful sins.

"You are my mind. My heart only beats for you, m'love. There have been no others to even reach me this way, nor ever will. No one else has your deep, auburn eyes that melt like sweet chocolate at the sight of me."

Thantos let out a rich, throaty chuckle, then regained serious composure.

"Every last memory will be yours. I leave you my heart, my soul. Take care of them Whisper."

Getting to his feet, he went to hover over Whisper. He dragged his tail along her creamy belly furs, tickling it, but with a deep compassion involved. He loved her. Yet, he was tearing her. There would be no more delays. It was best for them both if he left tonight. While she was sleeping.

"Now m'love. Is there anything you would like from me, to be your reminder? I would gladly rip out my heart, literally, or a tooth, or claw. . You. . You will remember me. . Won't you?"

He laid down on top of her, trapping the vixen beneath his bulk. Their golden pelts mingled, as his gaze remained a prisoner to hers. A forever bloodshot eye closed, hiding his hideousness from her fragile optics.

Whisper's eyes gazed at him carefully. She hoped her question hadn't hurt him, though she had to admit she would have asked it anyhow. She had to know what he thought of her. If he would remember her, cherish her. Little did she know that he wasn't just planning on leaving, he was planning on taking his spirit as well, to leave the cruel earth behind. This young fem who loved him so much would never make it if she were to know his intentions. Having cared for him more than anything, even she in all her natural joy would take her own life if she were to find him dead.

As she gazed into his eyes, she softened. His spirit seemed to reach out to her, causing her to melt. She always did when he looked at her that way. It was a silent covalence of love between them. No words were needed, only to look into his eyes, and she would feel treasured, the most meaningful creature to breathe in that moment. She hoped he knew that he as well was this special, the most important thing in her world. She sighed as he answered, licking her face. With every I love you, it seemed as though she could live one hundred more years with just his memory. She knew that this wasn't true. As soon as he left everything would change, it would shatter. Memories would never do. They weren't good enough. She wanted him, or at least a piece of him. Yes, that's what she wanted. He had asked, hadn't he? With a slight whimper she turned to him, growing warm with the feel of his welcomed weight.

She turned her neck over her shoulder and licked the bottom of his chin with all the love in her soul. She loved him, oh how she loved him. "Oh, I love you, so very much. More than anything. I will always remember you, always. I will keep your heart and soul safe from all, and you will have mine. Forever we can have some part of one another, to cherish and to hold..." she said softly. "Still, though this is selfish of me, it isn't enough. Memories of you are not enough to satisfy me. I wish..." she said and paused. "I wish to carry your young, Thantos. I want a piece of you that I can hold and love, cherish and nuzzle. Would you have me as the mother of your children?" she asked, choking a bit on the last few words. Was she even worthy enough for him? Had they known one another long enough? Did he truly love her enough to give such a large part of himself to her?

She turned her head away, and each second seemed like days. Each breath without and answer like a stab to the heart. She waited and waited, it seemed. She could only hope now, hope that he would say yes. Hope that although she may never see him again, she could always look lovingly upon the blessing of her body, his son or daughter. Their son or daughter. "I love you..." she whispered again, more to the midnight sky than to anything else. She begged the wind to carry her words for eternity, around the world for all to hear. Those three special words would encircle the world long after both had passed on, and infinite promise of love.

The golden vix’s deep brown eyes turned to him again and looked at him longingly. She whined, wondering why he hadn’t answered yet. Silly little thing had no idea that it had barely been a few seconds since she’d asked. In such times of love and longing, time passes so slowly, and then in times of love and laughter, it passes so very quickly. The cold world plays tricks on the mind and spirit. Those things you wish to hang onto forever pass in an instant, and those you wish for to flash by drag on for agonizing lengths. The soft breeze of night played with their fur, and she tried to give him time to think. The fireflies flitted about and seemed to gather around them. May your last moments together by filled with light and beauty seemed to be their wishes. All was silent, as if only this field existed on the vast planet. Only them, only those two, this one heart. This love. Still, down within the confines of their hearts, both knew it would not last. Within the young fem's, she knew that this fact was wrong. He should stay, and the earth itself knew this, the fireflies and the whispers on the wind knew; only he in the constant battle and sorrowful existence was blinded. This lonely male had the world laid before him, lined with golden happiness, yet he could not see it. Deep within Whisper's soul, she knew this. She knew that to him, she was everything. Knowing that soon he would leave behind what he had truly loved, tore at her on the inside. This pain was so vicious and so cruel, yet she only knew it within her soul. Her spirit shed thousands of tears, yet on the outside, she knew not the source of her agony.

Thantos grazed his teeth across her soft jaw, embracing their comfort to the fullest. If he was truely going to end his existance, he was glad he had felt love in his last few days. A real hope in maybe, tommorrow would be brighter. Yet, the world was still round, the wind still blew, and everything remained dull.

Except for his one shining star. Whisper.

His yellow hair swirled up towards the skies, twisting and churning, taking all of the wind's buffet. Leaving none for his dear Whisper. The extent of his love for her, it could not be tamed by a thousand cowboys, not strapped onto any emblem, nor was it measured by miles, and miles. It reached into enternity. And beyond whatever was out there.

Although he felt so strongly for her, her words took him back a few mileniums. His head pulled back, eyes wide in suprise. Surely she must be joking. He would be blessed beyond imagine, pleased into a million depths. How he could hold the proudest gaze of any father; any lover in the world.

Surely, surely she was joking. What a terrible hoax. Decieving someone such as himself into thinking that maybe, maybe someone wanted his physical tributes. Yet, her angelic voice was pure and sincere. Her words held flourishing meaning in each vibe.

"No one else I would want to give my children. No other virgin has sweeter taste. No other child-barer could hold such a gift; a gift to a lover. My pups could have no better mom. Flesh and bone could become no purer, no vow could hold more essence."

He took a pause, rising from the warm, silky bodice in which he protected with his life, and began to speak again.

"Yes. Forever built us on this very earth. For I love you Whisper, and I'd have it no other way."

Thantos wanted this to work right. This would be the only time he would need. This was the one thing she wanted; he would grant it. He brushed his muzzle down her stomach, trailing it down and down, further pressing into her skin. The soft skin made him eager to be gentle, and yet, he needed to be aroused. As of right now, he would've not made it thorough. That's what it needed to level at. Hard, and thorough. Between her legs he chuckled, and mischieviously licked her skin before slipping quietly away into some high reeds, covering him from all view.

She would need to be standing for him to do this, properly.

Chocolate gaze looked deeply into his crystaled and crimsoned one. His love for her was radiating from him, and she could feel it perfectly. She smiled, her love not being able to contain itself. She loved him so deeply, so truly. If only he would stay. How this thought had crossed her mind millions of time if not more. If only. It was always to be that, if only, and nothing more.

As he answered her, her heart finally slowed and she could be at peace for a moment, having waited what seemed as days for his answer. "And you could be no better Father. I would never give myself to another, and this is strange for me, but I am ready." she said softly, running her neck over his as he walked behind her. His touch and lick caused a surge of warmth to run through her. She sighed as his warmth caressed her body. Her heart and body was ready for him, ready to create something that would be pieces of both of them. The fem stood and turned away form the reeds, her tail flicked. Her body language and scent hoped to lure him. Her instinct made herself ready for what was to come, although her mind knew not what all it was doing. She stood graceful and innocent, her body and essence beckoning him to come when he was ready.

Her heart poured itself out to him, reaching for him. Already it missed his warmth, his love. Those few seconds of him being gone had caused a void within her. 'Come back...' it called to him. "I need you..." she whispered aloud, voice like honey as it ran through the field.

The innocent female enticed him towards her. A rich, heavenly fragrence rolled in seducing bellows towards him, engulfing him in a scent so sweet, drool dripped from the corners of his maw. This wouldn't be long at all.

Still, he was nervous.

Guilt had already overwhelmed him very quickly. Leaving her with a pup, alone. Every glance, every touch, she would remember him. As well, being greedy, he would never see his own offspring. Their combination of heart and soul. His blood, her blood. Nothing could have ever been better.

He darted through the shadows, his bi-eyes scanning the shadows eagerly. Already was he advancing around to her backside, the flickers of light rebounding from the light in his optics. Just a rush of wind, and slashes of grass, and he was zipping through the vegitation like a bullet. At an odd lope, but certainly quietly.

Coming unseen from the darkness, he sprinted towards her rear. To shorten their meeting time, he took long leaps, bounding through the grasses, scattering the fireflies into the crisp, midnight air.

He felt himself rising from the ground, he motioned himself to mount her. His lover. It was all happening so fast. He almost pitied her, that is, if he weren't so crazed into giving her his all. His forelegs grasped her waist, and instantaneously propelled them backwards, sliding and unbreakable hook on her hips. Sliding his hind leg towards her, he now lifted his hips over her's, and knocked her tail out of the way. His neck stretched forewards, and he sank his fangs into her scruff, keeping his grasp unbreakable.

No motion was paused, nothing delayed. It was all in an instant, it was as if he still was capable of all limb motion. He eagerly entered her, and began thrusting on the same beat, not breaking a motion, or caring about her pain. Only that, she would have this birth. .
Relasing his seed, he increased pace and power, hurting himself in the strain, so it must of taken its own toll on her.

- - - - - - -

Only when his legs had no more power, did he remove himself from her. Not only did he not care what position they had been brought too, he had blocked all senses as well. If she did indeed gasp, or let out any cries of pain, he would not have taken notice. Scents flooded into his mind, making his thoughts swirl just determining the origin. The silent sway of the grass entered his ringing ears, feeling the hollow echo bound from wall to wall.

His chest wracked for air, taking short gasps before starting up a labored pant. He gave her his all. Not even a single of his muscles felt peace, they were all burning from the intense heat that flourished through his body.

Now, his eyes began to truely see. The dark, moist air swept over his wet eyes, and the fireflies danced around them. As if nothing had happened. Then, he rolled his head to glance at his lover, to see her condition. .

Waiting, waiting. The fem looked odwn and her heart began to race, breayh becoming heavy, and she hadn't even seen him yet. She shook her head. she had to be ready now, it was her only chance. Modesty and shyness held no place, not now. she wnated tihs more than anything. She neeed it. She turned, thinking she'd heard him, but she wasn't sure. she turned away, not wanting to see him until he was right there.

soon he was, and she felt his eight upon her suddenly. she staggered lsightly, but found her footing. The small thing felt crushed, but in a good way. The pain was almost heavenly, for she knew with every ache was a better chance of a little blessing form his blood. She turned her head aorund hastily, gasping for breath, but greeedily licking beneath his chin. Every part of her was happy, and her sighed with content. She felt his teeth on her, but it caused her no pain that she could feel. she only knew that this meant he wouldn't let go.

If she whined or whimpered in any way as he rocked her, she didn't know. She caught herself gasping for breath at this moment, but more with excitement and anticipation than with pain. She stood strong, wanting to make things as easy as possible for him...her love, her lover. Her mate. The one who geld her heart and who had gotten to take her first. She had saved her innocence and body for that special one, and he was it. She was new, preserved for him alone.

She stumbled as he dismounted, now finally aware of the pain in her body. The acts had taken their toll on her, and every muscle in her body scolded her, yet she turned to him with a pure, genuine smile. She leaped with shocks of pain to him, and licked his face lovingly. "May these thousands of glittering creatures by our witnesses. Whisper of Silent reverie is now carrying the most beautiful blessings to ever be conceived." with this she licked him once more, and her endurance failing her, she collapsed with a beautiful laugh to the soft grass. She looked at him, beckoning him to lay beside her. [b]"I love you.."[b] she whispered once more. She'd already said it so many times, but it would never be enough. She hoped that he truly understood how much he meant to her.

He looked over to her, glad that he hadn't harmed her so physically that her mental health had gone bad. It did, however, look particually giddy. No clue why of course, but she did indeed seem a little, too, cheery.

He himself had to breathe deeply and steadily just to keep the urge from re-mounting her. In his dual-colored eyes was a forseen wildness. It grew off of the radiating passion from his body, from her. Each breath seemed to grow stronger, as a piece of his heart grew restored.

With her gesture he moaned in complaint, not being able to move without pain. Lifting his chest, he balanced his weight to roll towards her. The soft grasses sank 'neath his weight, and billows of pollen and flourescent glowflies shimmied into the charcoal sky.

He laid his head across her chest, as her words echoed in his head another time around.

"Goodness Whisp. I've never felt so aroused and excited at once, yet so drained. . Sexually craved females."

He snorted in a tease, placing his muzzle next to hers, licking along the edges of her lips.

Whisper laughed very softly as he moved to be next to her, but realizing it pained him her ears fell slightly. He was soon smiling again, though which brought hers back as well. She didn't know of his silent worry for her, she couldn't help it. She was so happy by nature that as long as there was reason to be joyful, it always outweighed anything else.

She sighed, closing her eyes as he licked her face. She whimpered sweetly, licking his muzzle as well. At his comment the innocent vixen blushed, laughing gently. "Neither have I, so happy and energized, yet so very exhausted." she echoed him with her own words. "Oh...but it was worth it. It was worth it..." she whispered softly, licking his muzzle again before burying her head safely beneath his neck. She sighed, loosing herself in the warmth of his body. If she had the energy, she would have wanted to relive these past moments. She shifted her head even closer to his chest. now ever warmer she could hear and feel his heart. She took a deep breath, and felt her own. It seemed as though they kept perfect time. they were meant for one another, and in this moment, she was complete.

His drumming heart never stalled in its heavy tempo. Every beat blasted from the solid muscle lining his chest, every slam reminding him of his adrinaline-high. Muscles burned beneath a pale, faded gold, and a sick male clung onto his last hope left.

Each brain cell flared with doubt. Doubt that it actually went through and worked. What if it didn't work? What if, what if she never gave birth? And forgot him. . ? That. . It wouldn't be acceptable. It was also very inconvinient. He needed to leave tonight, and yet he was burned out to the core. Even if he had to force her, he would find another way to mate, just once more. .

"Whisper, m'darling, what if it doesn't work? The effort would be lost. . Perhaps, if we slept joint, it would be a guarantee success?"

He nuzzled her forehead fondly, restoring some last straglers of energy from his wasted body.

The vixen was tired and aching, but not only with pain. Acheing for more, aching for thantos. Her mind shared his tohught, tohugh not completely. She didn't worry about wether she would forget him or not, but if he would leave piece of himself behind. With a few ragged breaths she moved her head even closer to his body, ready to ask if he had energy to try once more.

She smiled, for she hadn't spoken a word but already had her answer. She nodded and inched away from him, removing her head from his chest. Her brown eyes stared into his. "Yes, yes. maybe that could make it sure. If you left me without leaving some part of you, I could never go on..." she said and licked over his face. She took a few deep breaths, and tried to slow her heart. She continued to breath as regularly and deeply as possible, looking past him at the sky. "Now, my love?" she asked gently. She wondered if either of them had the energy or strength to mate again. she didin't care, tohugh. If he didn't, he wouldn't have offered, and she didn't care for herself in that way. She wanted to feel his warmth again, and someday the warmth of his children.

Thantos did indeed have some energy that he could gather, very little, but enough to fertilize her perhaps once more. Already his loins ached to do their job, for this needed to go through with. Only this time, he could not stand, so they would have to make due with lying.

His stiff legs snapped straight in groaning protest, but with a little stretch he could move them. With a few hobbles he stood over her, them both looking fairly raggled and manged. Almost in a flop, he laid on top of her, wrapping his front legs around her chest. Thantos inched back along her spine, getting into a more efficent position. His sheathed shaft felt the ridge of her tail, and with difficult manuvore, he shifted it on an odd angle to the side. Compared to hers, his hips engulfed around hers, and his single leg stayed poised behind him.

This all took much more time than the first. It was slow, almost deliberate, as if to increase her into a frenzy. This way, maybe he could output an instinctive spark. Though first, before he lost himself, again, he wanted to finish their conversation.

"I want to leave you with my treasures, our treasures. I want to insure you got a taste of my seed, and for that, some part may always have thrived inside of you. I must say, when you do give birth, I want you to bless me with naming one a name from my request. Kodak. A brave soul to carry on, and be a reminder of my love for you. Because Whisper, you are my one, and only love."

Reaching along her scruff, after her words her spoken, he took a sharp hold. This time it may have been a little harder, because he would need that better an anchor just to stay ontop of her. A surge of energy rushed to his hind leg, and he beat his hips againist hers, beginning their love-swayed dance. He entered her swiftly, and not long after began to once again empty everything he had into her. This time might've been a bit more violent, even though his energy was completely drained. The power of love perhaps was this cause. Whatever the case, after sleeping like this, his organ plugged into her, she would certainly become pregnant.

The fem licked him lovingly as he mounted her. He was so brave, giving everything he had to her. She could give him nothing. she could only pray that it would work. Pray. Pray...pray. She felt of very little use, and with her exhaustion became almost delirious. "I'm sorry..." she whispered, licking him still, whimpering slightly.

She say still as he entered her, and she shivered slightly with anticipation and longing. She had to stay strong. It was now or...never. never was not an option. She sighed, unable to keep her head up, she laid it with shame into the grass. She wished she could at least lick him, nuzzle him. give him the strength to continue. Still, she was comforted by his presence. She would awakem if he left, right? she could say goodbye. her eyes closed softly and she gasped for breath. she drifted away but not without a few words. "Thantos...please stay with me..." she mumbled. no tears fell form her eyes, for she was speaking as if in a drema, unaware of her words. She would miss him so, but her children would bring her the joy to continue.

His motions began to slow as her heart beat began to drift off calmer, going into a dark, peaceful world. Once he was totally stopped, he finally felt at ease. Ease knowing that, she would be safe, and two, that she was pregnant with his pups. No greater child-carrier he could've chose. If only he could've stayed with her. . If only. .

He slowly slid out of her, being careful not to disrupt her slumber. His perfect getaway opportunity. After he was all out, he began to slowly rise, his joints creaking like old, rusted metal bars. Thantos stepped beside her, taking his last mental image before departure.

Agony flooded through his heart, ripping him into further shreads. He wanted to stay, and yet, he was already gone. She had recycled what was left, but now it was time to burn the leftovers. Water encombed his eyes, raining down the slopes of his muzzle, onto the ground before her. His muzzle soon turned slick with the deep pain that rushed over his heart. He curved his raggled neck down to her forehead, touching her forehead with his nose in a last goodbye. One deep, tragic sigh, and he was lost in her pain with his eyes closed, focusing on his last memory.

Stepping back, he took one last look before sprinting into the shadows. .
