I will be allowing strange markings as of November 10th, 2007. No, you can not have roses all over you coat, or blue fur with star markings. If Demon will be so kind as to allow me, I will use her picture. Click. Like that.

Also, there is poll up in the Suggestions board on wether we should allow abilities.
